Sweetheart Sing-Along

First Baptist Church, Lincoln

6:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb 13

Every church is invited to send your singers. Send listeners, too! We’ll enjoy a time of Gaither Homecoming-style music and singing.

For those singing, we would like you to bring songs with live accompaniment only (no cd's, tapes, mp3s, etc.) You will also need to attend set-up/rehearsal on Sunday, February 10, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. We will not be able to incorporate you into the Wednesday evening service if you do not attend the set-up/rehearsal.

For those attending, we would like you to bring finger-foods/snacks to share in the fellowship hall after the event.

A love offering will be taken during the event to benefit the Baptist Ridge Camp.

Welcome to Fellowship Baptist Association!

Fellowship Baptist Association is a network of Southern Baptist Convention and Missouri Baptist Convention churches committed to work together in an effort to follow the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission.   Our churches are primarily located in Benton, Hickory, and St. Clair counties in the great state of Missouri.....and we hope you'll consider making one of them your church home!!

A seminary professor once asked a question of some international students, "What do you understand the term 'Fellowship' to mean?"  There was a moment of silence and one finally said, "Fellows in the same ship?"  Now, isn't that even more true than what we usually think of "Fellowship?"!  I hope as you think of Fellowship Baptist Association, it's in the light of this unique definition....that we are here together.....serving Christ and one another.

Operation Saturation

As our associational Evangelism Director, Pastor Richard Edds is promoting “Operation Saturation.”  The goal is to take the gospel...in a packet form...to every house in each county.  The cost of the materials is.....zero dollars!  We just need workers and “organizers.”  The pilot county for this will be Benton County, where he resides....but we hope to see this go associational wide!  I believe he will be contacting folks to find a contact point in both Hickory and St. Clair Counties in the not-too-distant future.  Be watching...and listening...for more details!  He hopes to have this accomplished in Benton County by Easter!  The following is a note from Pastor Richard:

SaturateUSA.org has provided free materials to take the Gospel to every home in Benton County.  We are organizing the cities of Benton County to simply carry out the Great Commission of “Making Disciples” in their areas.  The goal is to contact every home before Easter April 21st, 2019.  Videos of the Outreach are at SaturateUSA.org

In preparation for Saturation, we are asking the association to daily pray for the preparations, the materials (DVD’s and Tracts) to be anointed to point people to the Lord Jesus Christ.  Start praying for all the homes of Benton County to open to Gospel. We are praying for a 10 % harvest of the homes contacted. That is about 2,000 people.

Pine Bluff Mission Trip

Please put these dates on your calendar now!  Join us as we travel to Pine Bluff, Arkansas for a mission trip.  Even if no one else from your church can team up with us....I hope you will!  These trips are designed to make a mission trip possible for any of our folks to participate!

I’m not sure what all we will be doing on this trip yet...but the better idea I have who may be going, when I make the pre-trip trip in February....the better we can design a trip that will best utilize your gifts and talents as we serve in the Harmony Association.  Please contact DOM Dave if you are interested in travelling with us!!
